Baked assorted wild and domestic mushrooms with garlic and shallots glazed with truffle oil.

Butcher's Pâté
Assorted meats (ham, beef, chicken), roasted red peppers and pickles layered and soaked in brandy then wrapped in bacon and baked.

Chicken Liver Pâté
With cream cheese.

Vegetarian Terrine
Three layers made of spiced carrots, herbed spinach and sweetened turnip with roasted tomato mayonnaise.

With basil leaves and red onions drizzled with olive oil.

Imported Crudités
Asparagus, cherry tomatoes, Kalama olives, carrot florets, cucumber florets, green onion spears and radish roses. Served with balsamic vinegar and Bermuda onion dipping sauce.

Domestic Crudités
Carrot sticks, celery sticks, black olives, green olives, broccoli spears, cauliflower spears and cherry tomatoes. Served with ranch dipping sauce.

Asian Crudités
Snow pea pods, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, Asian celery, carrot triangles, Dakon radish, baby corn, pickled ginger and green onions. Served with soy and wasabi dipping sauce.

Olive Lover Crudités
Assorted olives and pickles with pearled onions.

Petit Fours
Bite-size brownies, bite-size cheese cake, bite-size white cake, coated with raspberry, chocolate or white chocolate ganache.

Mousses
Lemon curd, raspberry, blackberry and blueberry or black and white chocolate. Served in choice of miniature chocolate tart shells, pastry shells or cream puffs.

Champagne Chocolate Truffles
