Terms of Agreement
35% deposit per event due upon booking.
Deposit is due and payable with signed Reservation and Booking Contract to reserve date of event and will be deducted from total amount due.
Menu consultation fee and tastings: $75.00/hour
Minimum of one (1) hour. Fee will be deducted from final cost of event. Fee will be billed if no booking is made.
Professional server and bartender fees:
Plated meal: One (1) server for every twenty (20) guests.
Buffet meal: One (1) server for every thirty (30) guests.
$25.00/hour per server and $27.50/hour per bartender per event. Minimum of 4 hours.
Final number of guests due at least 72 hours before event date.

Mileage Charge: $0.65/mile outside of Oceanside,
CA.
No charge for return mileage. Valid for locations within a 50-mile radius of
the Oceanside city limits. Beyond this radius, different charges will apply
accordingly.
Manhattan Catering LLC will supply napkins, china
and glassware.
Wine glasses will be provided if wine is ordered.
Tables, table skirts, chairs and chair skirts can
be provided upon request for a minimal fee.
Event payment balance is due and payable 72 hours prior to the event unless otherwise negotiated.
